THE NATURE OF EULALIE
Each piece from Eulalie Bijou is a unique, numbered edition created once and never reproduced. Because every necklace is made to order and specifically for its recipient, all sales are considered final upon confirmation of order.
EXCEPTIONS AND DAMAGE CLAIMS
In the rare event that a piece arrives with a manufacturing defect—a stuck clasp, a broken setting, a damaged chain—we will repair it at no cost within thirty days of receipt. Photographic evidence of the defect must be submitted to our customer service via electronic correspondence.
EXCHANGES
We do not offer exchanges as we only produce one of each item. If your jewelry comes damaged we will adhere to the aforementioned Exceptions and Damage Claims policy. Photographic evidence of the defect must be submitted to our customer service via electronic correspondence.
REIMBURSEMENT
Reimbursements are offered only in cases where the piece cannot be repaired. In such circumstances, a full refund will be issued within fourteen business days, returned to the original method of payment.
SHIPPING DELAYS AND TAXES
Eulalie Bijou cannot be held responsible for delays or damages caused during shipping, or for customs duties and taxes levied by the receiving country. We strongly recommend knowing your countries policies before ordering.
